1. Introduction & Acceptance
Welcome to Udomee. By accessing, browsing, or purchasing any product or service from Udomee (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“User,” “Student,” “Customer,” or “Buyer”) agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using our website and services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Udomee, governed by the laws of India, including but not limited to the Indian Contract Act, 1872, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

All products and classes are delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped.
3. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from Udomee, or have parental/guardian consent.
- By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete.
- Udomee reserves the right to refuse service or suspend any account at its sole discretion.
4. Account Registration & Security
To access paid courses, classes, or purchased products, you must create an account on Udomee. You are solely responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- All activities that occur under your account.
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
One account is permitted per individual. Sharing login credentials or granting access to third parties is strictly prohibited. Accounts found violating this rule will be permanently terminated without refund. Accounts created with false or misleading information may be suspended or deleted without prior notice.
5. Intellectual Property & Copyright
⚠ IMPORTANT: All content, course videos, study materials, webinar recordings, website templates, software tools, graphics, and other assets available on Udomee are the exclusive intellectual property of Udomee and are fully protected under Indian and international copyright laws.
- All purchases grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited personal license to use the product for personal or business learning purposes only.
- You may NOT resell, redistribute, reproduce, copy, share, upload to any platform, or sublicense any content — in full or in part — without prior written consent from Udomee.
- Recording course classes, webinars, or any live session and re-sharing or re-selling such recordings is strictly prohibited.
- Violation of intellectual property rights may result in immediate account termination and legal action under the Copyright Act, 1957 (India).
6. Free Webinars & Live Classes
Udomee regularly conducts free webinars, orientation classes, and live training sessions. By registering for any free session, you agree to the following:
- Free sessions are for educational and informational purposes only.
- Recording, re-broadcasting, or sharing session content without permission is prohibited.
- Udomee reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify any free session without prior notice.
- Enrollment in a free session does not guarantee enrollment in paid programs.
7. Paid Courses & Classes
Upon successful purchase or enrollment in a paid course or class:
- Access will be granted immediately or within a reasonable time after payment confirmation.
- Course access duration will be as specified on the respective course/product page.
- Udomee reserves the right to update, modify, or add to course content at any time to improve quality.
- Batch timings for live classes, once scheduled, may be adjusted with prior notice to enrolled students.
8. Website & Digital Product Sales
For the purchase of ready-made websites, themes, plugins, and other digital products:
- All sales are final. Once a website or digital product is delivered, no refund will be issued.
- Websites are delivered as-is. Customization, if any, will be specified separately in a service agreement.
- Udomee does not guarantee compatibility with all third-party tools, hosts, or servers.
- Support, if offered, will be limited to the scope mentioned at the time of purchase.
9. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Given the digital nature of all products and services:
- All sales are generally considered final upon successful payment and delivery.
- Refund requests for courses may be considered only within 24 hours of purchase, provided no module has been accessed.
- Refunds will not be granted for free-to-paid upgrades, promotional purchases, or after course content has been accessed.
- For any genuine technical issue preventing access, Udomee will resolve the issue within 7 business days or offer an alternative remedy.

10. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) may be added as per Indian tax laws.
- Udomee accepts payments via secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store card or banking information on our servers.
- Your purchase is confirmed only upon successful payment processing.
11. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Reselling, redistributing, or sharing any purchased course, template, or digital product.
- Sharing account credentials or granting unauthorized access to third parties.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or modifying any software, plugin, or tool.
- Using the platform for illegal, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive activities.
- Recording or screen-capturing live classes or webinars without written permission.
- Uploading or transmitting malware, spam, or harmful content.
Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account termination without refund and/or civil or criminal legal proceedings.
12. Limitation of Liability
- Udomee is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.
- Udomee does not guarantee specific financial results, income, freelancing success, or business outcomes from completing our courses.
- We are not responsible for changes, updates, or discontinuation of third-party platforms (e.g., Facebook, Google, WordPress, Elementor) that may affect course applicability.
- Our total liability, in any case, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service in question.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
All products, courses, and services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Udomee expressly disclaims all warranties including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
14. Privacy Policy
By using Udomee, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
15. Changes to Terms
Udomee reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
- Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual negotiation and mediation.
- If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in West Bengal, India.
